Electromagnetic Separation

The former slag removal screen of the original equipment is a cylinder screen, easy to block, and the effect of slag removal is not good. The content on the screen enters the tailings or returns to the process, and the grade of the single series tailings is more than 17%. Due to the insufficient capacity of the original equipment, the thickener overflow rate is too large and the concentration is high (generally more than 4.5%), and the overflow grade is more than 24%, resulting in high grade of the comprehensive tailings and serious metal loss.

PTMS Magnetic Separator 

After PTMS process examination and analysis and demonstration for many times, firstly, the ratio of hydrocyclone ore was adjusted. Secondly, the gravity separation was improved by adding scavenging. On the premise of more qualified concentrates in gravity separation, 2000mm high gradient magnetic PTMS magnetic separator was installed. Try to reduce the amount of ore entering high gradient high intensity magnetic separation.

What Is Magnetic Separation Used For ? 

The results show that the grade of the tailings of the three PTMS magnetic separators with high gradient decreased significantly.
