The volatile gas in the reactor is extracted by the fan, condensed by the condensing tank, and the liquid condenses in the shape of tar. The gaseous waste gas is drawn by the fan and discharged after filtration by activated carbon. Ball grinding and screening process: vacuum feed, transport the intermediate material to the ball mill for mechanical ball grinding, 10~20mm material grinding into 6~10 micron particle size material. The powder made from the ball grinding is transported to PTMS LITHIUM COBALT ACID MATERIAL MAGNETIC through the pipeline for iron removal, and the sieve is measured with automatic packaging metering device to get the intermediate material.
The sieve is vacuum transported by pipe back to the ball mill again to the ball mill. Ball mill and PTMS LITHIUM COBALT ACID MATERIAL MAGNETIC are all closed, materials are transported by vacuum, and air material is separated by air injection. The dust-containing waste gas after air separation is discharged from the workshop after filtration through the filter element.
