Product features:
Electromagnetic dry powder machine is a kind of equipment mainly developed for dry powder. Its magnetic system has large Angle and multiple magnetic poles and average flux density in the magnetic system and design different field strength; the electromagnetic dry powder machine need not overcome the effect of gravity and the resistance of raw materials.When the non-magnetic mineral is separated from the magnetic field, the mineral is well separated from the magnetic medium under gravity.In addition, an adjustable mechanical vibration device is added to the electromagnetic dry powder machine, which can not only improve the effect of iron removal, but also easily achieve the iron abandonment.

Operation process:
Feed the powder from the upper feed hopper, while keep the dry powder machine in the charge magnetic state, and start a vibrator.When the feed is given, stop the feed, disconnect the excitation magnetic device, start the other vibrator (keep two vibrators simultaneously), and dial the baffle in the hopper to the iron outlet, so that the magnetic material adsorbed in the magnetic medium can vibrate down and discharge with the help of vibration force.

Electromagnetic dry powder machine is particularly suitable for selecting fine grain mineral particles, such as magnetic fine particle ferrous metal hematite, pseudo hematite, limonite, chromite, manganese, fine grain non-ferrous metal monazite, and fine particles of nonmetal feldspar, quartz, kaolin and other minerals.Electromagnetic dry powder machine is especially suitable for mines in arid and water shortage areas.
